Eligibility & Enrollment
To earn Aeroplan Points, you must be an Aeroplan Member with an account in good standing, be a registered Chexy customer with an active lease at a participating Fitzrovia property, link your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account, use Chexy for qualifying rent payments, and have your lease event confirmed by Fitzrovia.
Only legitimate rent payments qualify. Manufactured or self-directed spend is prohibited. Chexy determines eligibility.

Mixed-Eligibility Properties

Existing residents (before Nov 5, 2025): credit supported, first 3 payments fee-waived, access to Chexy Offers.

Timing and Issuance
Sign Bonuses are issued after three consecutive rent payments. Renewal Bonuses are issued after two consecutive payments during the renewal term. Points may take up to sixty days to appear. All points are deposited directly into the linked Aeroplan Account.
Adjustments & Errors
Chexy may adjust or correct any points issued due to errors, payment issues, or incorrect earning rates. Report discrepancies within twelve months via https://intercom.help/chexyrent/en/
Program Changes or Termination
Program valid from Nov 10, 2025 to Nov 9, 2027. Chexy, Fitzrovia, and Aeroplan may update, pause, or end the program at any time. Points already earned will be honoured. Equivalent value may be provided if eligibility continues.
Other Terms
Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless stated. You authorize Fitzrovia to share information necessary to administer the program.
