Eligibility & Earning Points

To be eligible to earn Aeroplan® Points with Chexy, you must:

● Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) and have an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), all in accordance with the Aeroplan Terms and Conditions found here. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit the Aeroplan website (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free.
● Be a registered Chexy business customer with a Chexy account in good standing (“Chexy Account”);
● Add your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account by following the prompts on the Chexy website or app. You can only add one Aeroplan number per Chexy Account at a time;
● The Chexy Account of the Aeroplan Member must be in the Aeroplan Member’s name so that the name on the Aeroplan Account and the Chexy Account are the same person;
● If you are registering for a company, complete Chexy’s Know Your Business (KYB) verification process and provide valid Articles of Incorporation to qualify;
● Use the Chexy platform to make qualifying payments in accordance with Chexy’s Terms of Use, including which payment categories are eligible as defined by Chexy;
● It may take up to 30 days after Aeroplan Points are earned for the points to appear in your Aeroplan Account.
● The Aeroplan Points earned for your Chexy activities will be posted to your Aeroplan Account that has been added to your Chexy account.;
● Once you’ve added your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account, you can earn Aeroplan Points as described below. Only payments for legitimate expenses qualify for earning Aeroplan Points. Setting up payments where the recipient of the payment is the same as the originator, resulting in manufactured spend, are strictly prohibited. Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments are eligible.

Offer

For new Chexy users (those completing their first ever payment through Chexy on or after August 1st, 2025), who have also successfully added their Aeroplan number to their Chexy Account:

The Small to Medium Business (“SMB”) Tiered Bonus Offer is only valid for the period outlined below.

Offer Period: August 1st, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET to March 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Offer Period”).

To qualify for the bonus Aeroplan Points, you must meet all eligibility requirements and maintain the same minimum spend tier each month for 3 consecutive months. You must:
(i) make the first month’s qualifying payments (as defined in the Chexy’s Terms of Use) through Chexy during the offer period,
(ii) complete a total of 3 consecutive months of qualifying payments, and
(iii) exceeding minimum spend for tier for each qualifying payment outlined below. You are only eligible to earn and receive bonus points for one tier.

Additional Offer Details

● Points will be awarded after the 3rd consecutive month of qualifying spend and may take up to 30 days to appear in your Aeroplan Account.
● You may only earn one tier of bonus during the Offer Period, corresponding to the highest tier you achieve and maintain consistently over the 3-month period. If your total amount spend over the 3-month period is between two minimum 3-month spend tiers, the lower tier of bonus would apply.
● If your spend falls below the selected tier in any of the 3 months, you will not be eligible for the corresponding bonus of that tier.
● This offer may not be combined with any other Aeroplan promotional offers unless explicitly stated by Chexy.
● Aeroplan Points are issued by Chexy under license from Aeroplan Inc.

Adjustments (Errors) & Discrepancies

Chexy reserves the right, in its discretion, to add, remove, or correct any errors in the amount of Aeroplan Points issued to users at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to:
(a) Points being erroneously earned or credited;
(b) payment processing issues; or
(c) points earned at an incorrect rate.

In the event of a discrepancy, contact Chexy Support at smb@chexy.co or via our chat widget at https://intercom.help/chexyrent/en/. Discrepancies must be reported within 12 months of the transaction.

Where, in the reasonable opinion of Aeroplan, an Aeroplan Member has violated, or Aeroplan believes that an Aeroplan Member may have violated The Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions, Aeroplan may, in addition to its other rights and remedies in the Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions, at any time and in its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions:
(i) freeze the Aeroplan Account of any Aeroplan Member while Aeroplan investigates suspected activity on the part of that Aeroplan Member; and
(ii) refuse to credit the Aeroplan Account of any Aeroplan Member, or debit the Aeroplan Account of any Aeroplan Member, including reversal of Aeroplan Points previously credited.

OTHER TERMS

● Offers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
● If an offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.
● Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this offer.
● Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions. Chexy reserves the right to disqualify users or revoke eligibility if these terms are violated.
