Limited Time Tax Payment Offer

During the period beginning March 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ending April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Offer Period”), eligible Chexy customers may earn 2,000 Aeroplan® Points by completing at least $10,000 CAD in qualifying tax payments to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Revenu Québec through Chexy during the Offer Period, subject to the terms and conditions below.

This offer is available to new Chexy users who satisfy the eligibility requirements described below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, you must:

• Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) with an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), in accordance with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions (the “Aeroplan Program”), available at aircanada.com/aeroplan.

• Be a registered Chexy customer with a Chexy account in good standing (“Chexy Account”).

• Add your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account by following the prompts within the Chexy website or app.

• Be a new Chexy user, defined as an individual who completes their first-ever qualifying payment through Chexy during the Offer Period.

The Chexy Account of the Aeroplan Member must be registered in the same name as the Aeroplan Account.

Only one Aeroplan number may be associated with a Chexy Account at any time.

Chexy reserves the right to determine whether a user qualifies as a new Chexy user. Individuals who previously held a Chexy account, or who attempt to create multiple accounts in order to qualify for this offer, may be deemed ineligible at Chexy’s discretion.

How to Earn Under This Offer

Tax Payment Offer — Earn 2,000 Aeroplan Points

Eligible Aeroplan Members may earn 2,000 Aeroplan Points by completing at least $10,000 CAD in qualifying tax payments through Chexy during the Offer Period.

To qualify:

• Payments must be made to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Revenu Québec through the Chexy platform.

• The total value of qualifying payments must equal or exceed $10,000 CAD, excluding any Chexy service fees or payment processing fees.

• The $10,000 threshold may be reached through multiple qualifying payments completed during the Offer Period.

Example:

• A user can achieve this through multiple payments (i.e. $7,000 to CRA and $3,000 to Revenu Quebec)

• All qualifying payments must be both activated and completed during the Offer Period.

For the purposes of this offer:

• A payment is considered activated when the user confirms the payment within the Chexy platform.

• A payment is considered completed once the payment has been successfully processed and delivered through bill payment or withdrawn through pre-authorized debit (PAD).

Payments that are scheduled during the Offer Period but completed after April 30, 2026 will not qualify for this offer.

Once the qualifying payment threshold has been reached and the final qualifying payment has been successfully completed, the associated 2,000 Aeroplan Points will be considered earned.

Aeroplan Points earned through this offer will generally appear in the Aeroplan Member’s Aeroplan Account within approximately 60 days of the qualifying payment being completed.

Combination with Other Chexy Aeroplan Offers

This offer may be combined with other eligible Chexy Aeroplan offers available to new users, including Chexy’s standard new user Aeroplan welcome offer.

If an Aeroplan Member satisfies the requirements of multiple Chexy Aeroplan offers, Aeroplan Points associated with each applicable offer may be credited to the Aeroplan Member’s account in accordance with the applicable offer terms.

Eligible Payments

Only legitimate tax payments owed to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Revenu Québec qualify for this offer.

Qualifying payments must represent genuine tax liabilities owed by the Aeroplan Member.

Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments qualify for this offer.

Payments made for purposes other than legitimate tax obligations may be deemed ineligible at Chexy’s discretion.

Payment Integrity Requirements

To qualify for Aeroplan Points under this offer, all qualifying payments must remain valid, completed, and not reversed.

The following conditions apply.

Reversed or Refunded Payments

If any payment that contributed toward the $10,000 qualifying threshold is later reversed, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or returned, Chexy may remove that payment from the qualifying total.

If the reversal results in the user no longer meeting the qualifying threshold, Chexy reserves the right to remove or reverse Aeroplan Points associated with the offer.

Returned or Failed Payments

Payments that are returned due to insufficient funds, payment failure, chargeback, or any other payment processing issue will not count toward the qualifying payment total.

Payment Cancellation or Modification

Payments that are cancelled or modified after activation may be deemed ineligible if they no longer meet the requirements of the offer

Fraud, Abuse, and Ineligible Activity

Chexy and Aeroplan reserve the right to review all activity associated with this offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the offer and forfeiture of Aeroplan Points:

• Creating multiple Chexy accounts to earn additional Aeroplan Points.

• Creating a new Chexy account after previously holding a Chexy account in order to qualify as a new user.

• Attempting to generate Aeroplan Points through fraudulent, artificial, or non-legitimate transactions.

• Making payments where the payer and recipient are effectively the same individual or entity, resulting in manufactured spend.

• Any activity that violates Chexy’s Terms of Use or Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions.

Where Chexy determines, in its sole discretion, that activity appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intent of the offer, Chexy reserves the right to:

• Disqualify the user from the offer

• Withhold Aeroplan Points associated with the offer

• Reverse Aeroplan Points previously issued

Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments qualify for the offer.

Adjustments (Errors) & Discrepancies

Chexy reserves the right, in its discretion, to add, remove, make adjustments to, and/or correct any errors in the amount of Aeroplan Points issued to Aeroplan Members, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

This includes situations where:

(a) Aeroplan Points were erroneously credited to an Aeroplan Account

(b) Payment processing errors occurred

(c) Aeroplan Points were earned at an incorrect or unintended earn rate

Chexy must be notified within twelve (12) months of the transaction date relating to the discrepancy.

Other Terms

Offers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

If the offer cannot run as planned for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan or Chexy, Aeroplan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer.

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions.

Chexy reserves the right to terminate participation in this offer if a user violates any of these Terms and Conditions.
