Established Fitzrovia Communities (New Residents)

How to Earn Even More Points 

To make your rent go even further, you can stack Aeroplan points by paying with an Aeroplan co-branded credit card, like the American Express Aeroplan Reserve Card. 

Here’s what that can look like:

• Earn up to 2 Aeroplan points per $1 by paying your monthly rent* 

• Plus, earn 1.25 points per $1 from your Aeroplan co-branded credit card

Can I earn points if I’m an existing tenant? 

Yes, both new and existing Fitzrovia tenants can earn Aeroplan points on rent payments made through Chexy. 

If you’re in a lease-up building, you’ll earn 1 Aeroplan point per dollar for the first year, and 0.5 points per dollar for the second year. However, this does not apply if you are an existing tenant in a stabilized building (only new residents can earn points). 

Can I stack this offer with any other Chexy and Aeroplan offers?

Yes, you can stack this with our current 5,000 bonus Aeroplan points offer, running until January 31, 2026. Plus, you can refer your friends to Chexy to earn extra Aeroplan points and reduce your Chexy processing fee for the rest of the year with our referral program.
