Limited Time Business Offer

During the period beginning March 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ending June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Offer Period”), eligible Chexy business customers may earn Aeroplan® Points by completing qualifying payments through the Chexy platform, subject to the terms and conditions below. This offer is available to new Chexy business users who meet the eligibility requirements described below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, you must:

● Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) with an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), in accordance with Aeroplan’s General Terms and Conditions. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit Aeroplan - The Official Website and enroll today. Membership is free.
● Be a registered Chexy business customer with a Chexy account in good standing (“Chexy Account”).
● Add your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account by following the prompts in the Chexy website or app.
● Complete Chexy’s Know Your Business (KYB) verification process, including providing valid business registration documentation.
● Be a new Chexy business user, defined as a customer who completes their first-ever qualifying payment through Chexy during the Offer Period.

The Chexy Account must be registered in the same name as the Aeroplan Account. Only one Aeroplan number may be associated with a Chexy Account at a time. Chexy reserves the right to determine whether a customer qualifies as a new user. Businesses that previously held a Chexy account, or that attempt to create multiple accounts to qualify for the offer, may be deemed ineligible.

How to Earn Under This Offer

Eligible Aeroplan Members may earn Aeroplan Points by completing qualifying payments through Chexy and meeting the requirements of one of the tier levels outlined below.

To earn Aeroplan Points under this offer, you must:

● Complete qualifying payments in each of three (3) consecutive months during the Offer Period;
● Meet or exceed the minimum monthly spend requirement for your selected tier in each of the three consecutive months;
● Maintain the same tier level across all three months.

Aeroplan Points will be awarded based on the highest eligible tier achieved and maintained over the full three-month period.

Tier Structure

Aeroplan Points will be awarded based on total qualifying spend completed over a three-month period, as follows:

• Spend $5,000 per month (total $15,000 over 3 months) → Earn 5,000 Aeroplan Points

• Spend $10,000 per month (total $30,000 over 3 months) → Earn 10,000 Aeroplan Points

• Spend $25,000 per month (total $75,000 over 3 months) → Earn 25,000 Aeroplan Points

• Spend $50,000 per month (total $150,000 over 3 months) → Earn 50,000 Aeroplan Points

• Spend $100,000 per month (total $300,000 over 3 months) → Earn 100,000 Aeroplan Points

• Spend $250,000 per month (total $750,000 over 3 months) → Earn 250,000 Aeroplan Points (available only to eligible customers on Chexy enterprise pricing plans)

If total qualifying spend falls between two tiers, the lower tier will apply. If the minimum spend requirement is not met in any one of the three months, the customer will not be eligible for that tier’s bonus.

Only one tier bonus may be earned per customer during the Offer Period.

Eligible Payments

Qualifying payments include eligible business bill payments made through the Chexy platform, as defined in Chexy’s Terms of Use. Payments must represent legitimate business expenses owed to a third-party payee.

Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments qualify for earning Aeroplan Points.

Payment Integrity Requirements

To qualify for Aeroplan Points under this offer, payments must remain valid, completed, and not reversed. If a qualifying payment is later cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or returned, Chexy reserves the right to remove the associated Aeroplan Points from the Aeroplan Member’s Aeroplan Account.

Payments that are returned due to insufficient funds, payment failure, or chargeback will not qualify for Aeroplan Points.

Fraud, Abuse, and Ineligible Activity

Chexy and Aeroplan reserve the right to review all transactions associated with this offer.

The following activities are prohibited and may result in disqualification:

● Creating multiple Chexy accounts to earn additional Aeroplan Points
● Creating a new Chexy account after previously holding a Chexy account
● Attempting to generate Aeroplan Points through fraudulent or artificial transactions
● Payments where the payer and recipient are effectively the same person or entity

Chexy reserves the right to withhold or reverse Aeroplan Points where activity appears fraudulent or inconsistent with the intent of the offer.

Posting of Aeroplan Points

Aeroplan Points are earned once all qualifying requirements for a tier have been met, including completion of three consecutive months of qualifying payments.

Aeroplan Points will generally appear in the Aeroplan Member’s Aeroplan Account within approximately 60 days following completion of the qualifying period.

Adjustments (Errors) & Discrepancies

Chexy reserves the right to add, remove, or correct Aeroplan Points issued in error. If you believe there is a discrepancy relating to Aeroplan Points earned through Chexy, please contact Chexy Customer Support via: https://intercom.help/chexyrent/en/

Chexy must be notified within twelve (12) months of the relevant transaction.

Offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
