During the period beginning April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ending June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Offer Period”), eligible Chexy customers may earn up to 7,000 Aeroplan® Points by joining Chexy and completing qualifying payments through the Chexy platform, subject to the terms and conditions below.

This offer is available to new Chexy users who meet the eligibility requirements described below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, you must:

• Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) with an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), in accordance with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions available at aircanada.com/aeroplan.

• Be a registered Chexy customer with a Chexy account in good standing (“Chexy Account”).

• Add your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account by following the prompts in the Chexy website or app.

• Be a new Chexy user, defined as an individual who completes their first-ever qualifying payment through Chexy during the Offer Period.

The Chexy Account must be registered in the same name as the Aeroplan Account.

Only one Aeroplan number may be associated with a Chexy Account at a time.

Chexy reserves the right to determine whether a customer qualifies as a new user. Individuals who previously held a Chexy account, or who attempt to create multiple Chexy accounts in order to qualify for the offer, may be deemed ineligible.

How to Earn Under This Offer

Eligible Aeroplan Members may earn up to 7,000 Aeroplan Points through the following components.

1. First Payment Bonus — 1,000 Aeroplan Points

Aeroplan Members will earn a one-time bonus of 1,000 Aeroplan Points after completing their first qualifying payment through Chexy during the Offer Period.

The first qualifying payment must be activated and completed during the Offer Period.

For the purposes of this offer, a payment is considered completed once the payment has been successfully processed and delivered through bill payment or withdrawn through pre-authorized debit (PAD).

2. Monthly Payment Bonus — 125 Aeroplan Points per Payment

Monthly Payment Bonus — 125 Aeroplan Points per Payment Aeroplan Members will earn 125 Aeroplan Points for each qualifying payment completed through Chexy, subject to the following limits:

Points may be earned on up to four (4) qualifying payments per anniversary month. An anniversary month refers to each monthly period beginning on the date of the user’s first completed payment and ending the da y before the corresponding date in the following month.

Points may be earned for up to twelve (12) anniversary months from the date of the user’s first completed payment.

The maximum points that can be earned through this component is 500 Aeroplan Points per anniversary month (125 points × 4 payments).

Over the 12-month earning period, Aeroplan Members may earn up to 6,000 Aeroplan Points through monthly payment bonuses.

First Payment Example

Because the first payment qualifies for both the First Payment Bonus and the Monthly Payment Bonus, the first completed payment will earn a total of 1,125 Aeroplan Points (1,000 first payment bonus + 125 monthly payment points).

Maximum Points

The maximum number of Aeroplan Points that may be earned under this offer is 7,000 Aeroplan Points, calculated as follows:

• 1,000 Aeroplan Points for the first qualifying payment

• Up to 6,000 Aeroplan Points from monthly payment bonuses

Eligible Payments

Qualifying payments include eligible bill payments made through the Chexy platform, as defined in Chexy’s Terms of Use.

Payments must represent legitimate expenses owed to a third-party payee.

Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments qualify for earning Aeroplan Points.

Payment Integrity Requirements

To qualify for Aeroplan Points under this offer, payments must remain valid, completed, and not reversed.

If a qualifying payment is later cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or returned, Chexy reserves the right to remove the associated Aeroplan Points from the Aeroplan Member’s Aeroplan Account.

Payments that are returned due to insufficient funds, payment failure, or chargeback will not qualify for Aeroplan Points.

Fraud, Abuse, and Ineligible Activity

Chexy and Aeroplan reserve the right to review all transactions associated with this offer.

The following activities are prohibited and may result in disqualification:

• Creating multiple Chexy accounts to earn additional Aeroplan Points

• Creating a new Chexy account after previously holding a Chexy account

• Attempting to generate Aeroplan Points through fraudulent or artificial transactions

• Payments where the payer and recipient are effectively the same person or entity

Chexy reserves the right to withhold or reverse Aeroplan Points where activity appears fraudulent or inconsistent with the intent of the offer.

Posting of Aeroplan Points

Aeroplan Points are earned when qualifying payments are completed through the Chexy platform.

Aeroplan Points will generally appear in the Aeroplan Member’s Aeroplan Account within approximately 60 days of the qualifying payment being completed.

Adjustments (Errors) & Discrepancies

Chexy reserves the right to add, remove, or correct Aeroplan Points issued in error.

Chexy must be notified within twelve (12) months of the relevant transaction.

Offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Chexy reserves the right to terminate participation if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.
