Eligibility & Earning Points: **To be eligible to earn Aeroplan® Points with Chexy, you must:

• Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) and have an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), all in accordance with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions (the “Aeroplan Program”) found here. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit the Aeroplan website (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free;

• Be a registered Chexy customer with a Chexy account in good standing (“Chexy Account”);

• Add your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account by following the prompts in the Chexy website or app. You can only add one Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account at a time;

• The Chexy Account of the Aeroplan Member must be in the Aeroplan Member’s name so that the name on the Aeroplan Account and the Chexy Account are the same person;

• Use the Chexy platform to make qualifying payments as defined by Chexy’s Terms of Use, including which payment categories are eligible as defined by Chexy;

• It may take up to 30 days after the Aeroplan Points are earned to appear in your Aeroplan Account;

• The Aeroplan Points earned for your Chexy activities will be posted to your Aeroplan Account;

• Once you’ve added your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account, you can earn Aeroplan Points as described below. Only payments for legitimate expenses qualify for earning Aeroplan Points. Setting up payments where the recipient of the payment is the same as the originator, resulting in manufactured spend, are strictly prohibited. Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments are eligible.

Offers:

For new Chexy users (those who complete their first-ever payment through Chexy on or after September 15, 2025), and who have successfully added their Aeroplan number to their Chexy account):

• Welcome Offer: Earn a one-time Welcome Offer of 1,000 Aeroplan Points by adding your Aeroplan number and completing your first qualifying payment. One-time or recurring payments qualify. Also earn an additional 1,000 Aeroplan Points after your 12th consecutive month of completed payments through Chexy (with at least one payment of a minimum of $30 each calendar month). Evaluation occurs 12 months from your first completed payment. 

Limited Time Offers: For those who have completed their first ever payment during the period between September 14th, 2025 at midnight ET and January 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Offer Period”)

• Additional Welcome Offer: Earn a one-time Additional Welcome Offer of 3,000 Aeroplan Points for creating a Chexy Account during the Offer Period and then processing a minimum of $3,000 in payments through Chexy, within 6 months of activating your first payment. Mix of one-time and/or recurring payments qualify.

• Referral Offer: During the Offer Period, earn 1,000 Aeroplan Points for each new Chexy user you refer who completes their first payment of a minimum of $30, up to a maximum of 10 referrals per Chexy Account. Referrer only. 

2) How to Earn Under This Offer

A. Create account, add Aeroplan, and complete first payment — 1,000 Aeroplan Points

• Your Aeroplan number must be successfully added by the time your first payment is completed.

• Your first payment must be activated and completed during the Offer Period.

• The first payment can be one-time or recurring.

B. 12 consecutive months of completed payments — 1,000 Aeroplan Points

• Evaluation occurs after 12 months from your first completed payment.

• You must have at least one qualifying payment completed in each of 12 consecutive calendar months.

• Payments can be one-time, recurring, or a combination of both.

• Your first completed payment must occur during the Offer Period; the 12-month evaluation may occur after the Offer Period ends.

C. Spend $3,000 — 3,000 Aeroplan Points

• Reach $3,000 in qualifying payments (Chexy fees excluded).

• Can be any mix of one-time and/or recurring payments.

• You may reach this milestone at the same time as your first payment.

• Timing: You must complete the last payment that takes you to $3,000 within 90 days of activating your first payment.

Adjustments (Errors) & Discrepancies

Chexy reserves the right, in its discretion, to add, remove, make adjustments to, and/or correct any errors in, the amount of Aeroplan Points issued to Aeroplan Members, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including, without limitation, as a result of: (a) Aeroplan Points being erroneously earned or credited to your Aeroplan Account; (b) issues with payment processing; and (c) Aeroplan Points earned at an incorrect, higher earn rate.

In the event of any discrepancy relating to Aeroplan Points earned at Chexy, please contact Chexy Customer Support via the chatbot widget at https://intercom.help/chexyrent/en/. Chexy must be notified within twelve (12) months of the date on which the transaction relating to the discrepancy occurred.

Where, in the reasonable opinion of Aeroplan, an Aeroplan Member has violated, or Aeroplan believes that an Aeroplan Member may have violated The Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions, Aeroplan may, in addition to its other rights and remedies in the Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions, at any time and in its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions: (i) freeze the Aeroplan Account of any Aeroplan Member while Aeroplan investigates suspected activity on the part of that Aeroplan Member; and (ii) refuse to credit the Aeroplan Account of any Aeroplan Member, or debit the Aeroplan Account of any Aeroplan Member, including reversal of Aeroplan Points previously credited.

OTHER TERMS

Offers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

If an offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this offer.

Participation in the Chexy Aeroplan offers constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions. Offers may be added, removed or changed at any time, in Chexy’s discretion. Chexy reserves the right to terminate your participation in these offers if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
