1. Eligibility & Enrollment
To be eligible to earn Aeroplan® Points (“Aeroplan Points”) under this offer, you must:
Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) and have an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), all in accordance with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions (the “Aeroplan Program”) found here. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit the Aeroplan website (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free.
Be a registered Chexy customer (“Chexy Account”) in good standing, with an active lease at a participating Fitzrovia property (“Resident”).
Add your Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account by following the prompts on the Chexy website or app. You can only add one Aeroplan number to your Chexy Account at a time. The Chexy Account of the Aeroplan Member must be in the Aeroplan Member’s name so that the name on the Aeroplan Account and the Chexy Account are the same person.
Use the Chexy platform to make qualifying rent payments as defined in Chexy’s Terms of Use. It may take up to 60 days after the Aeroplan Points are earned to appear in your Aeroplan Account.
Have your lease event (signing, ongoing rewards, or renewal) confirmed by Fitzrovia.
Only payments for legitimate rent obligations qualify for earning Aeroplan Points. Manufactured spend or self-directed payments are strictly prohibited. Chexy reserves the right to determine which payments are eligible.
2. Earning Aeroplan Points
A. Lease Sign Bonus
A lease signing occurs when a new resident formally executes a new 24 month residential lease agreement with Fitzrovia for a participating property (being those properties set out in Section 3 below).
Studio: 20,000 Aeroplan Points
1 Bedroom: 30,000 Aeroplan Points
2 Bedroom: 40,000 Aeroplan Points
3 Bedroom: 70,000 Aeroplan Points
4 Bedroom: 70,000 Aeroplan Points
B. Ongoing Rent Rewards
“Ongoing rent rewards” means the continuous earning of Aeroplan Points on qualifying rent payments made through Chexy during the duration of a resident’s active lease at a participating property.
Studio / 1-BR / 2-BR / 3-BR / 4-BR: Earn 1 Aeroplan Point per $1 of monthly rent paid via Chexy during Year 1 and 2.
C. Lease Renewal Bonus
A lease renewal occurs when an existing resident at a participating Fitzrovia property signs a new 12-month lease agreement that extends or renews their tenancy beyond their original lease term.
Studio: 2,500 Aeroplan Points
1 Bedroom: 5,000 Aeroplan Points
2 Bedroom: 7,500 Aeroplan Points
3 Bedroom: 10,000 Aeroplan Points
4 Bedroom: 15,000 Aeroplan Points
3. Eligibility by Property Type
All residents at lease-up properties are eligible to earn Aeroplan® Points for lease sign, ongoing rent, and renewal rewards.
Both credit and debit card payments are supported.
You can make rent payments by debit through Chexy without any processing fees while you’re earning ongoing Aeroplan Points through the Fitzrovia × Chexy Program. If Aeroplan Points earning or the Program ends, standard Chexy processing fees may apply.
Credit-card processing fees charged by Chexy are waived for the first three (3) rent payments made through Chexy. Standard Chexy processing fees apply thereafter.

4. Timing and Issuance of Aeroplan Points
Lease Sign Bonuses are awarded only after successful payments of three (3) consecutive months’ rent through Chexy. If a resident ends their lease early, any Aeroplan Points already earned and deposited into their Aeroplan account will remain theirs to keep.
Renewal Bonuses are awarded only when a Resident signs a new 12-month lease renewal agreement for a second-year term and continues to pay rent through Chexy under that renewed lease. Renewal Bonuses are awarded only after successful payments during the renewal term of two (2) consecutive months’ rent through Chexy.
Aeroplan Points may take up to sixty (60) days after confirmation of eligibility to appear in your Aeroplan Account.
All Aeroplan Points are issued directly to the linked Aeroplan Account.
5. Adjustments, Errors, and Discrepancies
Chexy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust, withhold, or correct any errors in the amount of Aeroplan Points issued at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) Aeroplan Points being erroneously earned or credited;
(b) payment processing issues; or
(c) Aeroplan Points earned at an incorrect rate.
If you believe there is an error in your Aeroplan Points balance, contact Chexy Customer Support via https://intercom.help/chexyrent/en/ within twelve (12) months of the transaction date.
6. Program Changes, Pauses, or Termination
Program Duration:
This offer is valid for a period of two (2) years from the program launch date (November 10, 2025) and will conclude on November 9, 2027.
Chexy, in partnership with Fitzrovia and Aeroplan, may from time to time update, pause, or suspend this offer or the associated loyalty program.
If the offer or program is changed, paused, or ended:
Any Aeroplan Points already earned will still be awarded.
If you remain eligible for future Aeroplan Points, Chexy may, at their discretion, provide an equivalent value or benefit consistent with the program’s terms at the time of change.
By participating, you acknowledge that the offer or program may be updated, paused, or suspended at any time and that future rewards or equivalent value will be managed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Other Terms
Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
By enrolling in the Program, you authorize Fitzrovia to share information necessary to enable and administer the Program with Chexy. This authorization remains in effect for as long as you participate in the Program.
Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible activity may result in forfeiture of Aeroplan Points or termination of program participation.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Aeroplan Program Terms and Conditions.
